Welcome to the Registration General Information

1) Please be aware, as a house league organization, we only accept players on a first come first served basis - regardless of skillset.

2) We do not accommodate special requests, such as, "I would like my child to be with his/her friend" - No.

3) In the event of more than one team in one division, we will divide kids evenly after a skills evaluation so that both teams are as evenly matched as possible.

Refund Policy
New for 2025 and onward, our refund policy is a tiered breakdown. This policy applies to all registrations regardless of the date of registration.
Refunds requested between February 1st to February 28th/29th(leap year) - 100% refund (minus service fees)
Refunds requested between March 1st to March 31st - 50% refund (minus service fees)
Refunds requested on April 1st and onward - No Refund

Jersey Return Policy
New for 2025 and onward, Everett Baseball Association will be requesting credit card information on the registration form as a method of deposit for the jersey provided to each player. The information will only be used in the event the players jersey is not returned to the head coach by September 1st of the current season. Failure to return the jersey will result in a $100 charge to the credit card on file. Further, failure to provide credit info will result in the player(s) not being registered with Everett Baseball for the current season.
